Here's my thoughts on the newest Pokemon game: krystalfan-2.deviantart.com/jo…

I have Point Chibi Comissions opened as well as a couple of custom adopts if you're interested. Both are cheap.

I've been meaning to getting around to storing my Kikwi one since I'm planning on selling them (hopefully)...but it seems there might be a problem.
I think someone on Etsy has used my pattern and is trying to sell them as their own work. The bulb and the feet look incredibly similar to the ones for my Kikwi plushies, and it's made of felt, one of the fabrics needed for the plush. I'm not sure if I should confront them and ask if they used my tutorial for their profit or not (I did store the tutorial and pattern so, unless someone saved it onto their computer, no one can make them) or if it's just a coincidence. I know the tutorial doesn't say you can't use it for profit, but I think it's common knowledge that, unless it says that you can make money off of it, you don't sell the work you made from someone else's pattern.

No idea on what I should do...and if I do confront them, how exactly do I word it? "Hey, this plush reminds me of a pattern I saw on Deviantart and was wondering if you used the pattern to sell these things?" There's, like, no way to not sounds like a suspicious ass when it comes to this stuff.
